Announcement Request

Please use this form to submit information to be communicated with the congregation, not for prayer requests or for property maintenance requests

 

What makes a good announcement?
A good announcement is positive, upbeat, and fun. If your announcement is for an upcoming event or activity, describe what it is and what will be happening. Include the date, time, and location. Include a contact person, phone number, and e-mail address. If people should register or RSVP online, include a link to the sign-up form.

Bulletin announcements may be published up to three weeks before the event or activity. Deadline for inclusion in the bulletin is Thursday at noon.

Don't forget to say thank-you and celebrate success after the fact! After your event has concluded, remember to publish a thank-you and a brief recap. If you have pictures, you can attach email them to church@elctempe.org.
