Youth Activities

Emmanuel Lutheran Teen Ministry is intended for all high school students. You are welcome to join us! The purpose of Emmanuel Lutheran Teen Ministry is to equip high school students in their lives as Christians, as they...

grow in their relationship with Jesus,
grow in their knowledge of the Word,
grow in their relationships with others,
    go out to serve others,
and reach out with the message of the gospel.

Grow in the Word

The teen Bible study meets on Sunday mornings during the Christian Education hour, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in the principal's office. Currently, they are doing a study on major questions that people have about faith and the Bible.

Grow in Relationships

"How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1 NIV) One of the many blessings of Emmanuel Lutheran church is the opportunities for the teens to get together to enjoy Christian friendship. On a monthly basis, the teen group has activities in which they can join. All are welcome!

Opportunities to Serve

There are many opportunities for the teens of Emmanuel to serve in meaningful ways. They can help out with the tech during worship services, provide childcare during special event, and volunteer in many other ways. If your teen is currently looking for a way to serve, please reach out to Pastor Pflughoeft. He would be happy to help make plans.
