We're glad you're here! Emmanuel is a Bible-based, confessional Lutheran church serving Tempe and the Valley of the Sun.

We want to share with you the joy and peace that come through Jesus Christ. Here you'll find weekly messages that offer insight to the Bible, the history of God's love for you. God's word convicts us, but especially it heals us and brings us forgiveness and new life.

Statement on the sanctity of marriage. Emmanuel Lutheran Church holds to the teaching that marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God between one man and one woman. This is the teaching of the Holy Bible, the Confessions of the Lutheran Church, and it has been the teaching of the Christian Church for 2,000 years.
